- 7. Income Certificate (Special categories should submit Nativity, Community and Non Creamy Layer Certificate)
- 8. 10 copies of passport size photo in white background with Name &DOB at the bottom.
- 9. And a CD in which the same photo should be uploaded. Specification of the photo (150x200below 30 kb JPEG)
- 10. Aadhaar card copy, 2 copies of SSLC & Plus two
- 11. Blood group certificate
- 12. Details of fee remitted.
